Are you an angel company?
Angel policy is a term used in the rubber stamping industry that lets the consumer know if a company allows their stamps to be used for resale purposes.

Here at Paper Wings Productions, we are excited for you to use our stamps! You are more than welcome to use our stamps in your work that will be sold for profit. Here are some guidelines.
All items must be HAND STAMPED.

All Paper Wings Productions images are protected by US copyright © law and may not be mechanically or electronically reproduced in any way. This includes photocopying, scanning, tracing, ect.
Our fair use policy does not allow our stamps to be rented or licensed in any way.
If you can find a way to give us credit, we would greatly appreciate it.

Do you sell wholesale?
We welcome orders from businesses! We have low minimums for actual brick and mortar stroes. To purchase our stamps at wholesale prices, contact Carrie at paperwingsproductions@hotmail.com for more information.

What do I do if I have a problem with a stamp or product?
If you need to return a product for any reason, just contact us. We are happpy to discuss any issues you are having and will accept returns on unopened products within a resonable amount of time. Customer will need to pay shipping on any returned merchandise. Contact us at info@paperwingsproductions.com

How do you ship orders?

All orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days via US Postal Service. If you need your order by a specific date, Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us through phone or email to set this up. A confirmation email is sent directly from USPS when we ship your order.

Orders up to $99 - $7.95

Orders up to $60 - $12.95 First Class Mail International
Orders over $60 - $7.95 First Class Mail International

*For First Class Mail International: All international packages will be marked as commercial merchandise at the value you paid for the items. You are responsible for any applicable duty or taxes that may be related to the delivery of your purchase. Delivery times vary greatly by country and can take up to five weeks. Order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail.
